An update. Oh my.

I'm terrible at keeping up with Blogging. I'm just not as interested in the computer as I once was. I'd prefer to be out doing things rather than sit on my butt in front of the computer all day. I do have days were I sit on the computer for far too long but those days are few and far between.

The weather's absolutely freakin' lovely. Spring has sprung and it's just fantastic. I'm thrilled to be rid of winter. The grass still looks dead and the trees still don't have leaves but it's nice out :P

I bought Season 4 of CSI on DVD on Sunday. I watched pretty much the whole thing in the span of 24 hours. I've been on such a CSI kick lately it's crazy. It's my favourite show so it makes sense but it's still crazy.

I love how there are so many TV shows on DVD now. I was in HMV yesterday checking out prices of CSI and other shows and it was funny to see what's on DVD. I came across the entire series of God, The Devil and Bob. It was only 13 episodes though. I remember watching it when it was on TV. It's funny to see it on DVD now. There are other shows that I used to watch that I'm glad to be able to find again. Now I just need the money to buy them all :P

Oh, the weather outside is frightful

Hello, long time no see. It's been awhile. I hope you're well. I'm doing just fine, thank you for asking. I've been busy doing lots of different things so that's why I haven't updated. I haven't kept up to date with things I read online either. It kind of sucks but you've got to love having lots of things to do that keep you away from the computer :)

It's snowing out and it makes me want to scream. Normally, I don't complain about the weather but I'm just plain sick of winter. I'm Canadian so I really shouldn't bitch about the snow. I normally love it but I've frozen myself one too many times this winter. I want the warm weather to arrive so I can recuperate from freezing and be prepared for next winter.

I just started watching the TV show Lost. I've been downloading the episodes so I can see it. I don't have cable so it's nice to be able to find the TV shows I like online. I need to get cable again. I don't watch a hell of a lot of TV but there are shows I like to see and some of them you can't find online.

I have a cold. My nose is all stuffed up and driving me nutty. My head feels funny and I can't hear quite right. It's like it's stuffed with cotton. This cold isn't too bad and I'm grateful.

I went to see a couple nights of the regional tournament of the Canadian Improv games this week. I had a lot of fun. It made me wish I'd gone when I was in high school and that I had done Improv. I'd love to do Improv now but there isn't an opportunity. Maybe someday. Woo Improv!!!

When idiots attack

I'll never understand why people attack others over the Internet. What's the point? If you don't like someone and/or their views on things, don't read what they have to say. If you're going to, don't be an ass about it. You can be perfectly civil and voice your displeasure about what they have to say. You don't have to send them death threats or any number of other nasty things.

I'm not having any problems like this but I keep seeing it happening to people I read online. It's rather unfortunate that some of them have had to shut down their website or blog.

I'd really rather see them say, screw you I'm going to continue doing what I've been doing whether you like it or not. Just simply remove any way for anyone to contact you. Then you won't have to deal with the idiots. Maybe it's harder than that, I don't know but at least it's a start.

A few bad apples always ruin it for everyone else.

So, I've created a photoblog. I thought it would be a good idea to have it for the more creative photography I do. You can find it here if you'd like to check it out.

There's a Worms concert coming up on the 12th that I'd like to go and see but I can't find any ticket information. I can find the date listed in one place and that's it. I'm going to e-mail the theatre The Worms are supposed to be playing at to see if the show's actually happening. I hope it is and I can get tickets. It's about an hour away so it'd really stink to miss them.

I need to start drawing again. I was at Montana's on Wednesday and I was drawing on the paper they put on the tables. I was quite disappointed with how anything I drew turned out. I suppose that's what happens when you haven't drawn in a year or more. I think that's how long it's been. Wow.

I haven't been doing enough creative things lately. I only take photos, which is good. I just need to be doing more. I've got to start drawing again and writing. I haven't written any kind of story in so long. Every time I sit down to write I can never think of what to write about.
